Our service includes unlimited visits for a flat monthly rate, with no additional charges for frequent snowfall. However, we have another service plan which the monthly rate based on the number of visits per month or period.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes, we provide a 10% discount for 3-6 properties and a 20% discount for more than 6, applied automatically when booked under the same account.

Do you offer pay per visit snow removal?
No. We work on seasonal plans rather than per visit, because a plan means your property is cleared every time it needs it without anyone having to call, and contract customers are serviced before one-off requests after heavy snowfalls.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Golden Angel carries $2,000,000 in liability insurance and our crews are covered under Alberta WCB. We provide documentation on request before you sign, and we recommend asking any contractor for the same.

Is ice melt included in your snow removal plans?
Ice control is part of our service rather than a separate charge. Calgary chinooks melt snow during the day and refreeze it overnight, so clearing snow without treating the ice leaves the most dangerous mornings uncovered.
