Precise Location Data
We collect precise location data while the App is in use to:

  • Calculate estimated arrival times for assigned jobs

  • Provide navigation and routing to job locations

  • Verify presence at a service location for proof of service

Location data is used strictly for app functionality and operational purposes.

Photos and Videos (User Content)
The App accesses the device camera only to allow users to capture and upload job-related documentation, such as before-and-after photos of completed work. These images are securely stored and linked to the associated job record.


2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely for internal business and operational purposes, including:

  • Assigning and managing jobs

  • Facilitating navigation to service locations

  • Verifying job completion and service quality

  • Operational reporting, payroll accuracy, and client billing

  • Safety and workforce coordination during active shifts

  • Tracking across other apps or websites

  • Data brokerage or resale

We do not use personal data for tracking purposes as defined by Apple, including cross-app or cross-website tracking.
